Many of our clients are rural communities and utilities in urgent need of infrastructure improvements for which there are insufficient monetary assets. We guide our clients through the process from application to funding commitment. We know what works with structuring and administrating assessment districts, low-interest loans, and the various grants available through State and Federal programs.
Beyond the design, planning, and construction management available to our clients, we can assist with capital improvement budgeting and locating the funding necessary to bring projects to life.
We evaluate long-range capital planning and funding strategies for public and private projects including financing alternatives available under the California's two revolving fund programs (Clean Water SRF and Drinking Water SRF), as well as USDA Rural Development’s Water and Waste Disposal Direct Loan and Grant Program.
