Sophia Grubb has been with Brelje & Race since 2014, focusing primarily on process water and wastewater projects for municipal and utility clients. Her repertoire includes feasibility studies, master planning, permitting assistance, design, start-up assistance, and system troubleshooting. She earned a M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.

Sophia is active in professional and community circles as a member of the Redwood Empire #1029 Active 20-30 Club, ASCE Young Member Forum, and California Water Environment Association. In her free time, you’ll find her outdoors enjoying activities such as hiking, backpacking, camping, running, and swimming.
