Project Challenges

Sale of rough, difficult to access property with limited record data to the Sonoma County Open Space District required boundary survey of ranch perimeter.

Solutions and Successes

• Performed interior surveys in addition to perimeter to locate existing selected roads, cross country routes, and ridgelines serving as alignments for new lots and easements
• Approximately 85,000 lineal feet (16 miles) of interior features field surveyed
