Acquisition of County Use Permit for wine production and tasting room, conversion of an existing building from vegetable processing to production winery, new process wastewater treatment plant, expansion of winery for barrel fermentation, aging, case goods storage and administrative offices, site grading and utilities design, and highway frontage improvements

- Development on land in close proximity to the Laguna de Santa Rosa and within protected California Tiger Salamander habitat
- Permitting for high-strength process wastewater treatment and effluent disposal

- Permitting and design for a fire suppression service connection to SCWA 48-inch aqueduct
