Site design for American AgCredit’s new headquarters campus, centered around a 120,000 square foot office building.

Project Challenges

• Provide necessary hydromodification and storm water treatment for an impervious site while adhering to the architecturally unique design
• Review and approval by jurisdictional agency due to cutting edge designs for retention and infiltration

Solutions and Successes

• Structural retention and infiltration within large paved areas and bioretention and infiltration capturing runoff from large roof areas within main landscaped areas
• Stormwater retention system allowed for one day assembly and installation at each infiltration location
