Paul Bartholow has been appointed to Senior Principal. Paul has over 30 years of civil engineering experience, specifically site improvement design, storm water management and treatment, construction inspection, and quality control. He oversees the firm’s site development team and has lead the civil design of numerous educational, residential, and commercial projects throughout Sonoma County and the North Bay, including the new American AgCredit campus.

Ryan Gleason, has joined the ownership group as an Associate. Ryan has been with the firm since 2008. He has over 15 years of civil engineering experience, primarily with site utility design, stormwater master planning, permitting, and construction management of commercial, residential, healthcare, school, winery and public agency projects.
