Sean DeSilva, E.I.T. joins our team in the role of Civil Engineering Technician. Sean brings a broad foundation of experience in permitting, design, specification, estimation, and construction administration for water and wastewater projects. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Resources Engineering from Cal Poly Humboldt.

Conor Maher joins in the role of Construction Technician. Conor brings several years of field and cost/controls engineering experience in heavy-civil construction. He holds a B.S. in Biology from Saint Mary’s College of California.
