Stepping down as President of Brelje & Race in early 2019, previously holding the positions since 2005, Senior Principal John (Jack) Locey has acted as analysis and design principal or manager on many public works projects in his decades-long career. Under Jack’s leadership, Brelje & Race led the 675-acre Mayacama project, providing civil engineering services for the golf course, as well as the residential and commercial developments. With long-standing relationships in a number of utility districts and expertise in State and Federal funding programs as well as contract administration, Jack has been instrumental in the reconstruction of many dilapidated rural water and sewer systems. An avid fisherman, Jack loves being in the outdoors. His indoor passion is making craft beer and sharing the brew with friends and family.
